Rupert Galliers-Pratt
Founder, Executive Chairman, CEO and Interim CFO
Rupert Galliers-Pratt has served on the board
of several publicly-traded companies in the UK and the
US. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications
industry and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Petersburg Long Distance Inc. (NASDAQ) from
1992–1995. During that time he was responsible
for establishing ZAO PeterStar, which is the dominant
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in St. Petersburg,
and Altel, which was the first cellular operator in
Kazakhstan. He has broad knowledge of the North American
Capital Markets and whilst serving as Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Petersburg Long Distance Inc. he
raised over US$350m for investment in licenses and infrastructure,
of which US$200m was raised in a fully registered public
offering in New York in December 1994.
He currently serves as Chairman of both Cardlink Holdings
Limited and Vistula Limited. He was the founder shareholder
of Vistula Limited along with Adam Bishop. He has a
number of other investments in the UK and the United
States.

Ian Cope
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Vistula Communications, Mr. Cope
served as Chief Technology Officer at DSLi Corporation,
where he was responsible for the complete operations of
a facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier
providing a full range of voice and data services using
both traditional circuit switched infrastructure and IP
Centrex. Prior to DSLi, Mr. Cope was a consultant to major
internet service providers and incumbent local exchange
carriers on broadband access solutions, providing technical
direction on the planning and implementation of initiatives.
Previously, Mr. Cope was the vice president of engineering
for NX Networks, Inc. Mr. Cope has over thirty years experience
in the global telecommunications industry. |
