For Immediate Release
New York – May 25, 2005
Vistula Communications Services Inc (“Vistula”)
announced today that BrainWare, a leading IT Integration and
business Internet Service Provider in Buenos Aires, signed
a five year contract to distribute Vistula’s V-Cube
VoIP platform in Buenos Aires and the other principal metropolitan
areas of Argentina.
V-Cube™ will be used as the central system to deliver a
range of hosted VoIP telephony products to business enterprise
customers in Argentina. Vistula will integrate its web portal
set with BrainWare’s existing client and operational
systems to give a cohesive client front end. This will facilitate
client sign-up and allow those clients straightforward control
of their telephony environment.
Ricardo Ciciliani, Chief Executive Officer, BrainWare, said,
“This is a very exciting business development for us.
We will offer an innovative and competitive VoIP telephony
service in Argentina. We anticipate significant demand from
our existing clients and we believe that the V-Cube platform
will attract new customers to BrainWare’s existing products
and services. We have examined the different VoIP platforms
available on the market today and we have overwhelmingly come
to the conclusion that V-Cube offers the best VoIP solution
for the business enterprise community for the South American
market. We anticipate that V-Cube may become the generic product
in these markets as it is the only one that provides a comprehensive
entry level strategy.”
Rupert Galliers-Pratt, Chairman and CEO, Vistula, commented,
“We believe that BrainWare is the right partner for
Vistula as we enter the South American market for the first
time. BrainWare have constructed a high capacity, high quality
network that will serve as the launching platform for rapid
deployment of Vistula’s VoIP product suite.
We look forward to working closely with BrainWare to capitalise
on the substantial opportunity that Argentina provides at
this time.”
